When is possible to start |

By the Schengen treaty non european union citizens are allowed to stay in Europe (UK does not belong to this treaty) as a tourist 90 days.
It is not possible to start the process only if your 90 days as a tourist are going to expire in 3-4 weeks or are expired.
If you have a permit of residence or work in europe we can start the process till 3-4 weeks before the permit expire
